I over use "so" and he over uses "amazing" but I love when he says it!!!
I overuse lol ... a lot. Lol
It was pointed out that I say "yeah" to respond in a lot of ways. To me they have different meanings, but I can easily see how it wouldn't sound like it. I... actually can't think of something she overuses.
I think I say "for fuck's sake" a lot. I dunno if it would be considered overuse. I've pointed out to my partner that he says "yeah" to a lot of things when it doesn't really seem to fit, but I think he's trying to cut back.
So far "hihi hihi" but she has a much wider vocabulary
