Anger and fear

Pain

Sadness

I probably over-express my emotions most of the time. I think the hardest things for me to express have to do with asking for help or being sad.

Fear of dying.

I don't have a problem EXpressing myself at ALL

I'm an introvert. Expressing most feelings is a bit hard for me. Most difficult, I think, is asking for any form of help. And, even when help is offered, accepting it. I have had decades of being able to do things pretty much on my own. To ask for help almost makes me feel like I am lacking somehow, even though I know everyone needs help at sometime.

I also try and hold any negative emotions in. I have seen what my dad has done when he has been in a foul mood. I am also aware that sometimes I am just in a bad mood and if I sleep on it, I realize that I was wrong for being in a bad mood. So, I try and not talk about things that are upsetting me until I sleep, because I am very often wrong about them.
