I would want him to worry less. Yes, in life there will be problems, but together we can solve anything.
He's amazing. I can't imagine anything *I'd* want to change.
I wish she had the confidence in herself to be able to speak as well as I do.

I would change the way he eats.

Nothing XD if it was the other way around though I'd change just about everything about me :( I'm horrible to him sometimes... Even when he's the perfect guy to me
I love him but sometimes his overconfidence comes across as arrogance and bugs me.
