Success is defined as the favorable outcome in any given situation. A relationship doesn't have to be perfect, but it does take both parties working towards a common goal, such as mutual happiness and fulfillment, to be successful. The parameters of the individual ideas of happiness vary between couples, but I strongly believe mutual attraction, respect, and willingness to compromise and communicate are the foundation an keys to relational happiness.
