A relationship where communication is open even during the most difficult of circumstances. Without communication (which involves expression of opinion and as importanly listening to what the other has to say) I don't think you can really be a successful coouple. Basically my idea of a successful relationship is the relationship I'm in now. Oh, did I mention that you have to be able to have great sex also? The fact that my girl has the sexiest ass possible when I'm sliding inside her from behind

An attempt to communicate what is unable to be defined through language , the emotional connection that defines love and the intense engagement between two people committed to developing that love
One where co-founders and team members can take decisive courses of action, remain accountable, and employ workplace politics in only the most altruistic sense. One where we can respect our differences, avoid passive aggression, and be very clear in our daily communication. One in which people all elect to use a collaborative software package and actully use it, avoiding stupid Outlook emails from hell and disembodied alienating conference calls. I'm a dreamer, but i'm not th eonly one.
Mutual trust, respect and perception.
