When the two people can be open about a plethora of things, happiness, trust, honesty, etc.
Fulfilling, harmony, allowing each member to feel free to be him/herself and helping each other to developp. A successful relationship should also be open to the outside world.
Being in a happy partnership. I think of us (and our eventual family) as a team. Everyone has a role and is expected to contribute to the greater good.
Happiness and love and all the things that come out of that.
Well I guess if we both have a nice time together and make each other happy and understand each other, it is pretty much successful.

When I think of a successful relationship I think of a couple who commit to working at it, it will never be perfect, but working at it will always bring you closer together.
