I think 24 would be good but obviously it's all circumstantial and id be open to older or younger depending on the situation.
After you've established yourself and have some financial security
I don't know if there's a proper age. When both people are in love and in a good position financially and work-wise, I think that's the right time. There's no wrong or right age.
Over 30 because you are still trying to become established and find yourself in your 20s.

I'd say late 20s to early 30s. By then you're sure of who you are and what you want in a lifetime partner.

I don't think there is an ideal age to get married, but I think that getting married too young often leads to failure.
