In bed, hiking - although it's been a while, and skiing.


We do bicep curls with our fork.

You mean, you're supposed to be active _aside from_ having awesome sex? Who knew!


I bike beside her while she goes running for company. Sometimes we go
running together. We go for walks together.


I would love love love for him and I to have some regularly scheduled gym
time together. It would be great motivation.


P90X...We are gluttons for punishment.


Are you freaking kidding me?!? All she does is drag me to every fitness thing she can find. We're doing a 5k Hell Run tomorrow (Saturday), 10k regular run Sunday morning, and she got me to sign up to play basketball Sunday afternoon. That's just this coming weekend! She is fitnesskelly.com after all!


It would be nice to go for walks sometime while the weather is still decent. I really enjoyed when we went to the park together this spring, or when we go to Olbrich. Otherwise, the way we're most physical together can't really be mentioned here. Heh. ;-)


Funny you ask, because we just started the Body For Life challenge and it feels so good! He is so supportive of me, and keeps me going when I feel like I can go no longer. I love his enthusiasm for working out and staying active because this is a life goal I have for myself. I hope to continue to stay very active and live a healthy lifestyle forever. Support will keep you motivated for life. It's the best tool for success.


We try to be. We go on walks and hikes. We just both got bikes and we're hoping to go riding together.

We go on short walks together...I'd really like to just dance at home sometime, and maybe do yoga together

We go for walks, either in the neighborhood or on a trail. And sometimes we go to the gym together, but not very often.


Hmm we havn't really. It might be nice to have some regular exercise time together- walking or a gym class for an activity to do together with the bonus of getting fitter too.
