He's a great leader and communicator... So management suits him.
Already answered a similar one to this. I think she would be an awesome manager of some sort. She fair, a hard worker, and fun to work with. Basically she'd be the boss that everyone wanted to work for.

Being a teacher
I think she'd be a great teacher. She taught preschool before. She is such a great mom, is so patient, and so fun.
