We're both the oldest and first. So more of living on our own

Omg yes !!! I am the oldest and so is he , however he has the mentality of a middle child !!! He is younger than me by 5 years

Yes. We are both the oldest and natural leaders. We do a good job of sharing the leadership role 99. % of the time.

Yes I am the oldest of 4 and he is the baby of 2. So I am used to being somewhat bossy :( lol

Yes. Both of us are the oldest. I think it definitely affected her more - she was always mature for her age

Yes we are not treated the same

No

Yep. Oldest of 3 was really nice. Parents were oldest of 8 and 4.

no and no this question is stupid

I am a first born, but I'm not like a typical first born. I am more of an adventurous, attention seeker than my younger sister who is quieter and more modest. My partner is definitley an only-chold though and it affects a large part of our relationship. He's really had to learn how to compromise and share his life.

I don't think it affected him, he is an only child, and is not selfish at all like you would expect
An only child to be. He always puts me first :) I was the oldest..8 year difference so I'm use to picking up after or looking after others...

Oh yeah. I don't know how exactly, but it's come up in conversation and I'm sure it does.

Being the younger brother, I learned a lot on what not to do. Not sure about her being the eldest of the two.

Yes definitely! We are both 1st born and always assume a lot of responsibility and try to do what we think others would want us to do or what's expected of us

Yes definitely I am the oldest in my family with a 10 year gap between my younger sister. It's made me grow up more mature. My partner is the oldest too and has 3 younger sisters. Naturally he's a gentleman and a real ladies man, a leader yet very protective too!
