My friends would say I am down-to-earth, caring even though I don't call/text often, and that I do lots of things and like being overwhelmed by activities. My coworkers would mostly say I am dedicated, and that I love what I do. I don't think people like me as a manager, I am usually tough and more work-focused than on people. For X-Broadway, people would say I am the one nagging people about the basic issues when they want to be artistic. I was a bit of a mood killer. But someone needs to be.
