Both. Non-fiction stimulates your "real-world" mind and Fiction helps stimulate my imagination.
Fiction, it is an escape into a different world.

I prefer non fiction. It feels good to read about a real person or event and that its not all made up.
When I actually read, I prefer non-fiction. Its always great to lose yourself in an imaginary place, but the best thing we can do is learn from real-life experiences, good or bad, and how to take the lessons we've learned to make our future better.
