When I cried in front of her for the first time.


I always feel that way with him


The point in the morning when the alarm goes off and we both wake up, all snuffled in together, and both think "fuck it, let's not bother with the gym this morning". But I end up saying it and getting in trouble!


When we remind one another about all the little moments that have made up the backbone of our relationship. Falling in love all over again with each memory is as close as I can be with him.


When he told me about how he felt about his grandfather. It was very important to him and he doesn't tell this to everyone.


My partner is pretty cold so emotions do run very deep with her.

When she hugs me silently.


When we were trying to have a baby, and then when we got pregnant. I have never felt closer to him than now. He is my rock and I know he will always be there. I feel safe being preggo and vulnerable around him.


The moment I looked into his eyes after both spending 7 days in silent, solitary retreat and felt my heart leap out of my chest and into his.


Christmas. Booze.


When we had a "Come to Jesus" conversation at like midnight where it seemed he really "heard me".


When we met, we seemed to have the same dreams of travel and adventure.


She worried about me in front of others that meant a lot to her. It felt like a partnership.


Hammock time. . . There's nothing but us. . . and realizing that nothing but us is all we need.
