Um, nothing! Duh! It depends, if we're going sexiest I'd say a nice pair of jeans, comfy layered shirt with your hair up. Simple, comfy cute, and comfortable is when you're the sexiest.
My wife is the space queen of sexy, so this is hard to answer. She has classy sexy neck plunging to her navel dresses. She has bedroom sexy fishnet lingerie, blue strap lingerie, and even a pair of split crotch. I'm drooling now.
