Depends on the atmosphere but mostly I look for attitude!
The way they talk.you can learn a lot from ppl by the way they yalk
Their shoes
Their face :D
Their heart
Male or female it's their face & teeth.

Their shoes and yes baby I saw your boots and liked them. I knew from those that you had an awesome personality and that you took pride in what you wore and how it looked.
Their entire face, for remembering their name. Then, I look at eye contact. Do they hold a steady, strong gaze? If so, they're confident and friendly. If not, there's something not quite right...either low self-esteem, trauma, or extreme shyness
Their look, if you will. Like how together or unkempt their look is. Not judging, just noticing.
Their eyes and smile.
