The way they present, handle, and take care of themselves.
I mercilessly judge their intelligence and degree of conformist style.
Guy: face - especially smile. Girl: still face, but followed quickly by what's she's wearing.
the way the person talks (special lookout on foul language), and almost instinctively, check out the shoes (haha)
I take a look at their eyes and body language and maybe read their smile. I'm very intuitive and can quickly pick up an impression of the person overall.
