It's their looks that I notice first but I try not to let how they look influence what I think of them. Besides that, their personality is what I notice second.
Their appearance and enthusiasm
I like to look them in the eyes and if they look at my eyes I am impressed and trust them but if they don't look me in ghe eye I won't trust them
The way they look and if they smile.
Apart from the purely physical attributes we all notice... Their intelligence and genuineness.
