We talk about it. He's my best friend :-)

He is really good at being able to tell by how I look. I wear my emotions pretty close to the surface.

He will most likely know I don't have to tell him he will see the look on my face

I turn on music

Usually I just go "Ugh, today was crappy" or otherwise just talk about whatever I need encouragement for. She's pretty good about picking up on when I just need a verbal boost.

I will just tell you... No mind reading. Sometimes it may just be hug and me saying just hold me... But i will let you know.
I am always here for you. A hug, a shoulder but always lots of love for you!

I'm just direct & tell him as soon as I can find the words.

Show him my depress face :( authomatically he knows somethings wrong.well.obviously

I hug her and tell her I had a bad day. Se is quick ask me about it and encourage me. That's why I love her so much.

I text him and rant and he listens

If I just tell him my issue, he knows how to talk it out / encourage me.

She knows because I go quiet.

I'm kind of bad at this sometimes. I mean the easy answer is to tell him, and that's what I try to do, but when I'm in a /really/ bad place, I'm more likely to ball up and hide and wait for him to reach out to me. It's a habit I'd really like to break.
