For me to tell her but I'm not good at that

I just tell them

I have yet to find it. I'm not very good at being direct unless I'm upset. Even then it's hard because even when I'm mad I don't want to upset him. But he's not very good at mind reading yet....sooooooo

When I feel like everything is crashing down on me and feel like nothing I do or say will make a difference, thats when I need that encouragement.

Usually, he can tell by my emotions.

Tell him

He usually can tell by the way my voice is and how I talk and the way I act

He can tell by the way I text or talk

I thought asking but he gets upset so idk
Im sorry
