yell at him. jk. I try to tell him, but it usually doesn't work.

I don't think I know how to do this in a healthy way. I hear that I get quiet. That's no good.

I hint at it or just say it. Sometimes he just knows.

Let them kno the situation.

I assume just to tell him~I like to be held close and encouraged in the areas I'm feeling insecure in

Just talk about it with him

The skully.... Omg

I can just tell her, but she's really not the best motivator.

sex?

A deep sigh

I usually wait until I'm frustrated which is not good because I can't assume he knows when I need it. So I will practice asking for encouragement when I need it.

Tell Them

I tell him I'm having a "moment" and he snaps me out of it right away. He's so amazing. After he encourages me he becomes all goofy and I laugh and I forget y I was hating on myself!!

My wife see this need in me without me doing anything. She is always very encouraging.

She can sense in what I talk about.
