Just telling him would be easy. Not the way I roll- I gotta be grumpy and make him guess! It's not that I mean to do this, I just do.
Crying over the phone.
I would tell him that I desperately need him to calm me down and tell me that everything is going to be okay.
I don't need to say a thing. She already knows.
I say, "I have the Sunday night blues... Oh yaaaaa....."

The best way would be to say it directly - my day sucks and I need a hug. Things usually improve after that. As for encouragement specifically, I haven't really thought about that. What do you think?
