Well I should be more clear and vocalize when I need encouraging words. Because I realize he doesn't always catch on to my subtle hints and then I get annoyed and feel unsupportive.

I don't have to let him know.. He feels Me and knows my needs even though we live far apart

I am not great at this. In the past I would tell you about my day and hope you would catch on (which happens more than you think). I should ask for this more because my wife is great at giving this!

My bf has amazing intuition and automatically knows whenever I'm in need. He's amazing lol :)

I tend to complain about whatever is getting me down. Just hearing the validation that I'm not nuts, that I can do it, is important to me.
You are not nuts. You can do it! :)

Be more vocal about it. I need to better at sharing what I need. Explaining that I need to be comforted and that I need to know you're proud of me and have respect for my effort.

Talking and listening. Letting me vent and pointing out the good.

Just let me know. I'll be glad to help. Sometimes I'm not that good on picking up the Signals.

I try to say so. I think I require a specific kind of attention. I can tell you, but I don't feel as encouraged after. I like when you can tell I'm struggling or going through a tough time and then respond to me.
I usually tell my partner I'm needing a little encouragement, but most of the time he can sense I am down and picks me up.

I just would ask her. She is always very supportive and helpful. Also keeps my confidence up if need be.

My love knows it before I say anything. It is written all over my face.

He can tell when I'm down by my facial expressions - he can also tell due to me being bummed out. He's good at seeing when I need a pick-me- up and TLC
I come over and give her lots of hugs. She actually thinks I'm down pretty often when I'm not, so letting her know that I'm in need of encouragement isn't usually the problem.

Sometimes I just need some reassurance. Like, 'hey baby, everything's gonna be okay. I love you!'
Thanks for the heads up, I will probably tell you this soon... and I already do sometimes :)

To talk about it. It's hard to guess what's going on. I know it's not always easy tho!
