Maybe I'd ask for a hug or to be held for a little bit. I'd probably just say, "I'm having a rough time today so be patient with me," that way he doesn't think it's something he's doing ;)

Looking down

I think the best way is to just tell him.

Just tell them

Throw myself face down on the bed?
Noooooope. Unless it's accompanied by crying and not whining...then I know it's serious.

The best way for me to let him know is to be honest with him. I'll tell him I'm having a rough day or that I need him close to me. It always helps me when he can be enthusiastic about whatever I feel I need encouragement with :)

She knows, she can tell.

I don't know how to ask but mostly she sees that I'm struggling and asks me what's wrong.

Create a fun event or something care free to help me just take my mind off of it for the moment. Tell me to take a break, and come back to it later with a clear head.

Make a pouty face.

She can usually tell immediately when I'm in need of encouragement, and even though sometimes my ego prevents me from really accepting it, she can always get my spirits up with a good laugh. (Unless she's tickling me... I HATE that!)

I don't have to say anything.. Honestly my wife knows when something is wrong , she knos when I'm down and when something is bothering me

I would honestly say he knows me well enough to just know. We'll simply just be holding a conversation and he'll be like "babe, what's bothering u"?? At first if I'm not in the mood to tell him then I'll hold out til later but I just be thinking like "how does he know me so well"! He's truly my bestfriend, I don't have to tell him these things, he just know:-)

I would ask for it.

Haven't figured this one out yet, I don't feel I get much yet.
