I'm not sure.
i usually dont tell him i just talk about it and he gives me encouragement.
Help me w stuff! And tell me u r proud and happy.
He naturally encourages me. Sometimes I need space in our schedule to get things done, so when I get stressed, I tell him (or he picks up on it) and he makes sure I get it.
When I need you to give me encouragement I think by asking you lift me up in prayer and hug me, tell me I'm going a good job.

He always gives me space n time as soon as I mention I need it
Subtly say about my day with my tone. My partner would catch it. I hope.
When I feel like I am working like crazy and getting no where or feeling like I am getting no where. I want to make a difference and my hubby encouraging me and letting me know I am means more than he know. He knows when I need encouragement because he is so supportive and attentive. Thanks Babe!

the best way to let my partner know is to just say so, but what i actually do is usually withdraw. SMRT.
nothing at all, she seems to always just know.
