I'd tell her I'm having a bad day. We'd discuss it and I'd probably feel better.

I don't have to let her know - she already knows it.

She'll already know before I tell her

Just saying I'm down. He cheers me up right away.

Whining?

ask her a hug maybe~

He just knows ;)

Usually I say what's going on or start bawling my eyes out if I'm especially emotional about something

I tell her about why I feel down.

I tell him what I need and why I am down.

When I need encouragement, I usually share how I feel or talk about what's not working at the moment.

Letting her know exactly what I feel and how I need encouragement...

By simply saying that's what I need. My hopes would be that he would be receptive and respond w/positive encouraging thoughts.

Greetings,

I will be in Europe through December 6th with limited access to e-mail. I will get back to you shortly thereafter.

Cheers, Marya
