Working out a lot has finally began to pay off ad I've lost a bunch of weight (well, inches really). She noticed immediately and said, "Wow! You really lost your weight!". It's so great to hear and makes me proud and motivated to keep it up!

The job I did looked good
Beyond my wife telling me she is proud of me, I was the recognition I got at work when I finished a mural they wanted painted. They almost could not believe that a guy who works in the warehouse had a talent like that. They were truly blown away.
Stranger said " I know your boyfriend respects you. You look like you demand and deserve it without even saying a word".
