Binge eating and I'm still working on it :(
There isn't much that I've done this year that I would even consider noteworthy, but the two that stand out in my memory the most would be my decision to cut a ver toxic friend out of my life, and second, agreeing to go ahead and admit myself to a medical facility to go and detox off of my Opiate pain management medication... Both accomplishments would never have been available for me to tackle in the first place without the support & positive direction for the help of my lover. :-)
Stepping into the life I truly want. Being authentic and having A LOT of tough conversations. Admitting my mistake, apologizing but seeing that, that doesn't mean that I have to stay in that place.
I've moved on from what was a bad situation and had the courage to start living a life without lying, a life without the anxiety that had plagued me for too long.
My job and moving on from a relationship that was long over
Taking steps toward starting my own business. That, and taking steps towards taking better care of myself.
Maintaining a healthy long distance relationship
Understanding our finances more and helping with things more.
