Email. I hate confrontation

I prefer to do that f2f, but I admit that sometimes writing it down first may calm you down and take an unnecessary edge off of your message.

C'mon. In person

Phone or person

In person

In person if possible. But if not a letter.

In person 95% if the time

depends what it is. I prefer in person for most all confrontations, but sometimes the phone is just as appropriate depending on the person and what they need to be confronted about.

Person

Whatever I feel will make them feel the most comfortable

Probably in person

Usually in person.
