To love but its nice to be loved sometimes

To love, because you cannot control nor you should aim to on how someone will feel for you.

I would have to say both. I think it's very fulfilling to love someone w all that you are an w everything you have but knowing that someone loves you is indescribable

All you need is love

To be loved, because we never know how much we can love until someone loves us first.

Both

Both

to love, and to be loved in return.

It's important to love and have love in return. One alone does not lend to a long and happy relationship.

Both. Giving love offers self satisfaction. Receiving love makes you feel complete and worthy
It is easier to love others than to receive love. Maybes person doesn't feel worthy of love. Not on purpose, not even consciously, but REGARDLESS :)

I used to say, it is better to love than to be loved... But maybe to a certain extent. It is also very painful and devastating to love someone who can't love you back as much or at least treat you with what your love deserves.. 💔

It's better to love. Giving part of yourself to share with someone else with no assurance that you will be loved equally or similarly is the most selfless and honest thing you can do.

Neither the only thing better than being loved is a mutual love

It would have to be both. To be loved without returning the feeling to the other person would be cruelty. To love another that does not love you back would be heartbreaking.
Agree. ❤️
