None as long as I was happy and my partner respected me.

not that I know of

I never had a date while living at home so my parents never had to deal with that issue.

They never really talked about it so I never did either. If I was doing anything, I did so behind the scenes so I wouldn't have to listen and folllow their rules in case they didn't like who I was dating.. So in essence I never gave them the chance.
Not at all really but I guess my dad may of not disapproved but would be "surprised"if I brought home a "foreign" woman like a black woman

Oh yeah. I'm lucky I ever got out of the house.

Just truly being in love and being happy.

Don't all parents? lol

Well, they were never fully said but I kind of always knew

Yes

Nope!!

Religious and independent enough.

Not any I know of. I wish they had.

Not really. As long as he was decent.

As long as she went to our church, she was fine. Thankfully my super hot, sexy girlfriend coincidentally went to our church. I met her when she portrayed Jezebel in a dramatic interpretation of the Bible. Yeah. Who won that game? The guy dating (and later marrying) Jezebel!

I never talked to my parents about their dating expectations. I just figured what I decided wouldn't make them happy, and I didn't care for their type of relationship to begin with.
