Failing health preventing me from living life. Mostly not being able to travel or take care of myself (not to mention diapers!!!).
I'm afraid I'll be old and ugly and she won't love me anymore
I recently learned that apparently my vagina can fall out? LOL
Nah realistically it used to be different but recently someone reminded me that parents aren't around forever... So losing my mom one day. Very scary.

If I lose my hearing or my senses get more dull. I don't like that
Not being able to be independent
Illness, I worry about getting any hereditary conditions.
Not being able to do all the things I'm able to now. Working out, working outside, every day tasks that I take for granted.
Looking horrible and being boring. Worrying that we never have enough money.
Losing our ability to be adventurous and/or sense of adventure.
Decrease in physical capabilities/loss of senses/memory
