That there will be nothing afterwards. That everything will become the nothingness that it seems was before we were born. This scares me, despite the fact that I have no control over it. We have never known anything but our own consciousness,and to think of that ceasing to exist forever,is incomprehensible and that scares me.
The universe is so big and are seemingly so small- I feel like life and consciousness are it's greatest mystery.

Dying for sure. I love life and this world. I don't want to leave it or the ones I love.
The only part about getting old that scares me is losing my health, both physically and mentally.

Losing my parents coz they'll be growing up too
My partner no longer wanting to be with me.
The fact that it puts a countdown of the amount of time I am able to spend with loved ones. But that in itself makes me more thankful everyday for the time I do receive.
He is my best friend. I would be very sad if we were not still best friends at 90.

What scares me the most is health changes that happen with age. Also, if I'm getting older - that means my parents are getting older which scares me.
