Getting even w/ someone
Speak my mind on an issue that bothering me before it blew up
A lot I'm sure
Not replying to a text message that really hurt me, and deleting all messages from the person who had written it. I just didn't want to deal with this and I let it slide when I should have gone face to face with the man.
I didn't fight back against someone when I should have. I still have nightmares
Staying quiet in a bad situation to try to avoid conflict rather than helping someone.
Ocultar mi pasado y mentir al respecto
Not stand up for something or someone when my gut feel told me to
Not giving myself to my wife fully and emotionally
Not standing up for myself
Not trying out for the college soccer team
I am not good with confrontation so I keep things inside when I get hurt, irritated or even mad. But I am working on being more honest at that moment to help things go a lot smoother for all of my relationships.
I was dishonest because I was afraid of the consequences instead of having the courage to be an honest and authentic person. It is something I'm trying very hard to change in myself.
Not jumping in a cold pool
Let anger and pride get in the way of someone's apology. Even though they did not deserve anything from me or change their behavior, I should have accepted the apology with an open heart.
You know me well ❤️
