it depends
Well, I'm a big grump when I'm going to sleep so it's usually on my side with him still awake and on his back. But in the middle of the night i either roll over and snuggle him or he comes up from behind and spoons me. I know he loves when I wiggle my butt right into him ;)
A lot of times he falls asleep facing away from me, which really bothers me but i understand his reasoning. Although i love waking up to him when he is facing me. It really sets the mood for the rest of the morning :)
Most of the time, turned away from each other. But I like to fall asleep with him holding me.
night starts with us hugging and we we get up we find each other in opposite directions:D

Spooning, and being spooned. But she usually takes my spot. We've been sleeping on the floor lately.

He sleeps to his side all cute. I sleep all crazy but usually hug this pillow he gave me. I can't wait to sleep with him Doe because I know we are going to sleep really close to each other.

Him on 'our' bed. Me nestled in between my two toddlers who won't sleep alone!!! Do I like it? NO. For obvious reasons.
separately on own side if bed. normally we read before bed. I wish we said night I love you every night and snuggled together but we don't. we don't say anything which I wish we cld change the snuggle or touching before bed I'd like to change also. we need to kick out dogs out for a bit to accomplish the snuggle part
Me spooning her. I usually sleep on my back though and she sleeps on her side. When I was up and we're sleeping like this I roll back over and spoon her again haha
