Both. They are both awful and the shittiest thing u can do to a person.
I think probably emotionally because sex is just sex at the end of the day, if you cheat emotionally you have checked out of the relationship to put your feeling and hopes and thoughts into someone else.

Emotionally.
Both are just as bad and are held at the same level for me, but I feel that emotionally would sting worse out of the two.
