Well, both are horrible ways to treat your partner but personally, I think emotional cheating is worse. Having an emotional connection with someone else (aside from your partner) is devasting. It's harder to move on when you have an emotional attachment with someone.

A lie is a mechanism to protect oneself or others. There's no better or worse.
Both are bad, and no one should ever say "well it's ok because the sex didn't mean anything" or "baby it's not like we had sex or anything". This question just points to the excuses people try to make for their major mistakes or the justification they use to make themselves think it's ok.

They're both bad, but I think emotional cheating is worse. U can have sex with anyone, but once feelings get involved, it's serious.
There is no such thing as 'cheating ON someone'...if you miss out on a life experience for fear of being a 'cheater'...the only one you have cheated is yourself...I only think dishonesty sucks...I feel 'cheated' if someone doesn't think I'm worthy of having it kept 100 with and bullsh**s me...live your truth...be real and all is fair.

Both are just as bad... but i think emotional is worse..
