Wake her up at 07.00 sharp. Every day. And everyday I'm getting the same answer..... Please, 10 minutes more.....
Waking her up whether it be through Skype or phone call. It always puts her into a good mood and I think that's especially important in the morning to start off with. It also makes me happy to make sure she wakes up on time for school 😁.

Starting my day off with a good morning conversation with him, and always a work out followed by an epsom salt bath after work/school. Keeps me balanced!
