I get really aggressive to her from to time to time, and bully I feel. I'm trying to work on that. I shouldn't have to feel like I need to control.

Probably the "silent treatment" I don't do it on purpose; just kinda happens. We get into an argument or don't communicate well, I get upset and just shut down, I'm working on it

I buckle if she shows aggression, I get flinchy and await physical violence that's not going to happen so I feel like it might make her feel bad, even though it's just habit for me from people before her. I'm trying to get better and stand up for myself more, but it's hard!
That I talk too much when she desires silence. Probably how I over do things.
