avoid. :)

Tend to avoid on smaller issues but will confront on more significant ones.

I try to avoid conflict but tend to end confronting things head on.

Head on. If you don't its just gonna fester and get worse. So take care of it right then and there and you'll be happier more quickly.

Definatly avoid

Liever geen conflicten, maar als het belangrijk is moet er wel een oplossing komen en zal ik het vanaf nu dus wel aankaarten!

If the situation will affect our relationship in a serious way..,,head on! If its just petty BS, I may overlook it!

I use to avoid it/ listen to it but never had anything resolved by it. It's something I'm working on because that's destructive. I can easily do it at work. I should be able at home where my wife is my best friend. It's my fault I havnt.

Both depends what it is

I usually am an upfront person. Sometimes that causes more conflict though.

I'm certainly not a fan of conflict but if a situation arises I'm one to face it head on rather than letting it fester. "Us" is too important to risk. :)

Avoid

I tend to face it head on with the people I love. I am more circumspect when it's work related or involves people I'm not close to.

Try to avoid, not wise but I do

Head On!
definitely head on...
