kommt sehr drauf an wie friedlich mein gegenüber ist... eigentlich bin ich ja harmoniesüchtig. aber ich kann auch anders, wenn ich proviziert werde :-)
I go head on. But with time I've been learning to overreact less, use more tact and lower my voice. But I do strongly believe that things need to be addressed instead of avoided if they bother you.

A little of column a a little of column b. I'm actially trying to get better at facing conflict head on because I used to avoid it like the plague.
We used to avoid conflict but found out it doesn't have good consequences so now we try to face conflicts head on but with understanding and kindness. Hopefully that's how he looks at it as well.

Depends. Head on for ones that are important to me. Avoid of they're stupid and petty
Avoid conflict, but I used to be far worse. I'm learning to understand when to use both, because I feel that too much of one could be bad. I learned that from being way too avoiding from conflict earlier in our relationship. So, I feel like it would have the same effect if I were way too 'head on' with situations, also.
Face it!
I used to face it head on, then things got rough in our marriage, so I shrunk. Now we have an amazing marriage and I am back to head on. It's the only way to fix the problem.
I avoid it as long as possible. The fighting gets ugly and I hate it.
