Depends on the situation

First think about it, then head on

Face it head on

I tend to dive right in there and start shit. Not on purpose it's just my personality. I like us to be upfront and open and honest about stuff.

Avoid if at all apossible

Depends on the situation I guess.

I think in the past we tried to avoid conflict, for better or for worse, but in the end it got us into more trouble. We now address it as soon as something comes up... And because of it, we don't seem to fight as much.
We are more open than ever and do not pass judgment on each other, in turn we are able to talk about everything. Too often conflict arises from issues that are off limits and people not addressing them. We get better every day at talking about things that would have been off limits in the past.

Face it & get it behind you or it festers & gets worse

Try and avoid it

I tend to take things head on if I know where I stand- I am competitive to a fault and actually get a sense of challenge and satisfaction from confrontation. However, if I don't know how I feel about the issue, I'm not brave at all and tend to avoid it at all costs.

I hate conflict but I do like to talk things out if we are fighting.

Nope I face it head on. Like a bull lol. Bring it!

Face it head on. The more u avoid it the more things build up
