I face conflicts head on. That's the way to solve conflicts, when you avoid it becomes a problem & you will continue to avoid. Guess what? It will not go away. My husband is avoiding now, in the end he will have to face his conflicts. Its starting to show in his appearance, how its wearing him down. Deal with it so life can be better.

I think that I face it for the most part. Do you agree?

Both depends on conflict

Depends on the conflict, a little of both

Automatically I avoid them.. Some times I face them... He does the same.. The stupid thing about this is that I know we both notice we are avoiding conflicts.. I don't think it's the best way but it happens...

Depends on the conflict. More often than not, I prefer hitting it dead on.

Head on bBy

I face it head on... I think sometimes a little too head on.

Face it head on.......don't really enjoy conflict and try and avoid it, but I won't run away from it.

It depends on the conflict. But more often than not, I hold it in and wait for it to pass.

Half and half

Half and half

Avoid the noid !!!!

I usually face it head on. Holding it in is not good for anyone's emotional health.

I think that I face them head on.
