Face it because it's not going to go away

Avoid like the plague

Both

Face it head on, i'd rather fix the problem right away then let it build up and become an even bigger problem.

I try to avoid it when possible

Face it head on

Face it head on

Avoid is possible

I avoid it but then it builds up and then everything comes out all at once.

Avoid some take others on head on

I guess i typically avoid conflict if its a minor issue, but if its a larger problem I'll try to face it?

I am getting better at resolving conflict head on. It's really difficult in start-ups because so many technical people are inherently passive aggressive & snarky but I'm forgiving more lately because I think it's their only method of self-defense in a world that rewards extroverts. It creates a sort of insane cognitive dissonance though. Americans have a tough time communicating & being direct, a thing we could learn from Germans, it would save tons of time. I'm great at getting past conflict 2

I try my best to avoid it since it always ends up worse when trying to resolve it but I'd love to be able to talk things out to our mutual interest!

Face them

I usually face conflict head on. I'm very direct and like to resolve things before they get to big.
I avoid confrontation, but agree it's best to resolve issues before they escalate. I guess my problem is not necessarily addressing the issue but the way in which the issue is addressed.
