AVOID

i face it head on.

Avoid it. Conflict never leads to anything positive.

Both

I am an aries, so I deal with it head on. Sometimes it's not the best choice though...

Depends on who I'm with. Most of the time face it head on.

I try to face it head on

I guess I don't like conflict, but I'd rather address an issue to get rid of awkwardness and tension. but I try to be agreeable and pick my battles. Conflict isn't worth the heartache most of the time.

It depends on the situation

I face it head on. I like the thrill. Just who I am. It embarrasses him at times but I think he believes that I do it from the heart
I tend to avoid it.

I like to avoid it if it's small fish but if it's a serious issue or has to do with "respect" I'll jump all over it!

In most public areas of my life I tend to be the peacemaker, which means acknowledging conflict and working to a resolution. I'm also a "fixer". However, in personal relationships this seems to be becoming a pitfall because there is no compromising with some people. I find that I tend to compromise my desires and needs in order to keep others happy. I would like to to be able to resolve conflicts without compromising myself to find resolution.

Depends, if I think what I'll say will make a difference then yeah, but sometimes I just avoid it.

I try to avoid it, but I want to face it as well...
