I face it most of the time
If possible I try to avoid it. I am not really a conflictive tye f persn.
Normalmente lo evito aunque creo que a veces se debe hablar de ellos directamente.
I like to face it and come to some sort of resolution to it.

I am a total avoider
I try to avoid conflicting, but if one arises it should be gaced.
I usually try to face it directly - work together with the other individual to find a way to change together. I'm pretty good at this when at work but definitely need to work on it more in my personal life. I uses to avoid conflict with my in laws by avoiding/ running away from them - thanks to hubby - I'm learning to be more direct in a win-win approach in my personal life .

I'm totally an avoider and my wife is a head on type and then some just another way we compliment each other.
