I avoid it.
I face it head on about 60 percent of the time, and the other 40 percent of the time, I hit from the side, or diagonally. Sometimes a slightly angular approach achieves the best results.
Usually avoid.
I avoid it until I can't take it anymore, then I side swipe him with whatever is on my mind.
Tend to avoid conflict but i think sometimes its better to hash it out. Working through conflict together can facilitate getting to a better place in the relationship.
It really depends. I am scared of conflict because I grew up in conflict. But every time I face the conflict its an enormous feat for me. It takes so much more strength to do it than someone whom wasn't raised in a lava pit. Every time I try to talk with my partner when we have a conflict...or do the first move to go talk back...its an extraordinary effort I have to do because I need to overcome my fear paralysis that invades my body (and makes me feel cold and stiff).

I prefer to tackle it head on, but I try to be diplomatic if possible. That doesn't always work out though because the message can get lost in the diplomacy.
Both. I have always faced it head on but now I have noticed I don't face it as much. At times I feel I don't say the right thing so I say nothing. not facing it doesn't solve the core issue however
Would normally try to avoid conflict but lately find myself causing it for attention.
I like to create a little conflict for entertainment sometimes. Sorry.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Face jr
I'm in a relationship with him and that's my oldest friendship to date. But if I go outside of that I would say she is the best it's hard since I have moved but I will be close again.
