My oldest friendship is with Emily who I've known since we were in pre-kindergarten together. I just had dinner with her last month, and I would say we are still pretty close friends. It is an impressive 23 year friendship thus far.
awesome
Pretty non existent
Same as its been for years... we catch up every few months, but are basically fairly distant. But, we've known each other since kindergarten in the 70s, and the length of time we've known each other gives us both a warm fuzzy each time we think about it. Each time we talk, though, its like we haven't been apart; can always manage to pick things right up where we left off, oh, five of six months back... :o
It's very strong. Although we live a state away, I'm closer to her than any other friend.
one of those where we can catch up with each other in a short time even though it's been a long time since we've talked/seen each other
we lost touch...guy thing
Distant but I bet if lived close by would pick up like always been that way.
Fantastic! It is a shame we are separated by distance but we speak often and I know when we next see each other it will be like no time has pasted since our last cup of coffee in the kitchen.
Incredible. I feel so lucky to have such good best friends!
Yeah - I saw that this weekend! You guys are like junior high kids whenever you get together!

It's good! She's living with me at the moment because her stupid mom kicked her out.
we lost touch...guy thing
I tend to go in and out of friendships. I never lose them, though!
My oldest friend is his ex-girlfriend. I have known her for about 15 years I think. She and I can go months without talking, and then pick up the phone and call/email in a flash and be back to 15 years ago. It is the best. She knows all about me and has great advice and listening ears exactly when I need them!
We are still best friends. He is the brother I never had.
