There is a saying: speak only true, what is necessary, and what is kind. The last part, kindness, is tricky. I interpret it as relating to how you communicate. Not everything must be shared, but intimacy grows when you are able to share difficult things. Likewise, its important to look at the things you dont want to share and see whats behind it. Summary: there is no absolute rule
No, unless its fatty foods
For the most part NO
But surprise parties yes
It is also not good to withhold information purposely, one must ask would the other feel it us pertainate.
I'm guilty of forgetting but not areas I feel are important. The key is what I feel is important. Learning from my own mistakes of course.

No I don't think you should keep secrets from your partner. This is your other half you should be able to share everything with them.
Absolutely not! A strong partnership is always built on trust.
No because eventually they will just find out in the end.
I think its good to be open and honest with your partner as much as possible, maintain good communication, etc., but I don't believe its necessary that they should know every little thought that goes through your head. Sometimes its best to keep things to yourself.
No its not healthy
Eh I don't think so. If she did I wouldn't mind. But eventually stuff is found out. So better to be open in my opinion
