When I am really upset with him and he knows what he's done is wrong... :(
I always feel a high level of respect from him.
When she takes my advice.
When she listens to my opinions and doesn't feel that they are
directed towards her personal values negatively. They are after
all just my opinions and are in no way meant to be negative towards
her. They are just how I feel or how I think we should pursue a particular
endeavor.

When she has done something wrong.
When he hears me speak from the heart and really gets if something bothers me and modifies his actions accordingly. Sometimes he says something that can slice deeply without realizing, recognizing this is another way he respects me and my feelings.

When they make time for my family and engage with them and when I am with their family and she makes sure I feel included.
Always.
When she backs me up and goes to bat for me. I've not always made wise choices and I feel that she would fight for me, especially when I believe in something passionately.
As long as it is you and me baby, I will always fight for us, you. And I always have your back.

When he actually takes time to hear me out and really listen to what I have to say. That actually makes me happy when he lets me talk with out him interrupting
When she notices and thanks me for the insignificant things I do around the house.
Almost every second I can feel all of his emotions
When he listens and doesn't get upset at me for having feelings and opinions that are different than his and when he backs me up with family and the kids.
When he understands my morals and beliefs
When he really takes the time to listen to what I'm saying
