I go into an emotionless machine mode and get through it. She can help by reminding me how capable i am amd giving me a massage. Blowjobs are also a fantastic stress reliever. =D

I usually just work and work until the work is done. This also means I stress all the way through. But I only show my stresses to him. And he is always there for me - whether it's taking the load off, or just holding me, it all helps. He even tells me to lie down, while he does the work. I couldn't ask for anyone more supportive!

He can tell because the kids get on my nerves easily. He gives me space and takes the kids on a errand.

I get quiet and withdrawn. She could ask once or twice of there's anything she can do to help but really there isn't anything to do.

Getting away from stressors and she always wants to get away

He just listen to me and gives me comfort. You can better ask how does he deal with my hormones :-)....

I either go very quiet or I shout a lot! He can help me best by not trying to offer a solution; sometimes I just need someone to rant at without needing answers.

I get quiet and pensive. To help I sometimes talk about what is stressing me.

Hij is mijn stress, kan me niet helpen ja door normaal te doen

Hahahaha I eat or sleep or watch something

I tend to need time to process things, but end up stressing myself out more thinking I need an immediate answer/solution. I use my exercise as a way to deal with stress, and I sometimes take it out on you even though it's usually only my intention to vent. Finally, the way I deal with stress is by trying to find a solution to make it stop. I think that is my nature, and certainly a mantra I recite: focus on solutions, not problems. The best way you can help seems to be just listening, and remind

Be there and talk it through with me

I shut out people and hide out at home. He could just be there for me hold me drag me out of the house lol

I think when I'm stressed, I'm really short with the kids. I keep everything in then I blow up

Leave go do something distracting
